The Restaurant, like the city of Chester takes it’s name from the Latin or Roman name for a fortress or camp. The restaurant is open to non residents and groups can be catered for if booked in advance. A full menu as well as a lite bites menu is available.

Castra Brasserie offers imaginative food from fresh produce in a contemporary and friendly atmosphere. The menu is seasonal and changes regularly.
