Chester provides so many things for you to see and do and our award winning attractions make it easy for you to delve in to our heritage. Why not try a trip sightseeing the city on board a Vintage omnibus with driver in period costume and a commentary that takes you through the ages with the Chester Heritage tours or perhaps go further back in history and visit the Dewa Roman Museum or get the kids to march around the city as Roman soldiers with the Roman Tours. For the more modern soldier a trip to our Military Museum is a must as this tells the story of the Cheshire and Mercian regiments through the ages

If all that is a little too lively and historic then relax on the  beautiful River Dee that winds through the city with a Chester Boat Cruise or perhaps visit our city centre Oasis, that is  Grosvenor Park and see the Miniature Railway.

Our Cathedral and St Johns Church are not only outstanding places of worship but simply astounding pieces of history and architecture that really should be on your list of places to visit. Perhaps you could make those plans and find out about the Guided walks that take you through the very special places of the city whilst enjoying a drink or something to eat at the Chester Visitor Centre and Café.
